What is Rayobyte/ Sprious?
We are a 40-person US tech company founded 8 years ago. We own several brands, and currently, we are working on redesigning our Rayobyte website, so we are seeking a self-starter, passionate, funny individual who knows how to get the best out of a team both visually and in writing to help us on our journey.
What do we want to accomplish in the near future?
We already have a strong inbound content marketing machine that uses a mix of blogs, landing pages, and videos to set ourselves apart. But that’s not enough for us.
- We want to be known as the company with the absolute greatest content in our industry.
- We want to set ourselves apart from the boring, jargon-heavy work of the competition to produce informational material that’s playful, interesting, and approachable.
How can you help us?
- Own our brand - redesign our website and re-write much of the content on it - you will take over not only this immediate redesign but will build a system for ensuring that these pages stay fresh and accurate for years to come.
- Manage and organize our team.
- Tell us what sucks about our site, and then make it not suck.
- Take a highly technical product and show people who’ve never even heard the word “proxy” that they understand why they want to buy one.
- Help manage the Rayobyte Stories ( rayobyte. com/stories/), where we spotlight customers and employees who are “bringing great ideas to life” - regardless of whether they’re doing so with our products or not.
- Write brand guidelines, and then be personally responsible for ensuring that ALL content, from emails to landing pages to ad copy, is compliant with these guidelines.
- Help us set up Rayobyte University, a brand-new initiative that will allow individuals of all skill levels to learn, grow, and get certified in the usage of proxy and scraping tools.
- Overhaul blog content strategy and make sure all our content is reader-driven SEO-compliant, and fun to read.

What ideal candidate should have?
- English - proficient level
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and copywriting
- Experience in leading and managing multiple direct reports
- Ability to create comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and brand guidelines
- Experience in managing a company blog
- Great understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword usage and content formatting for search engines.
- Experience with SEO and marketing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and the Google Marketing suite
- Demonstrated experience measuring success metrics as part of a marketing campaign; this can include but is not limited to conversion/open rates, traffic, and Marketing Qualified Leads
- Ability to perform A/B testing on emails, landing pages, and/or blogs
- Strong eye for effective visual design and user experience (UI/UX)
