We’re looking for a Team Lead who can drive technical excellence while leading a remote team of 6 (3 developers, 1 QA, 2 DevOps) - balancing hands-on coding (~70%) with mentorship and leadership (~30%).

As the Team Lead, you will:

Lead and manage a remote team of 6 specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance
Drive the timely delivery of high-quality solutions, removing blockers, guiding priorities, and ensuring efficient workflows.
Translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
Work hands-on with backend technologies to evolve and optimize complex systems for high traffic and scalability.
Design and optimize database architectures in high-traffic environments.

🎯 What Does the Ideal Candidate Have for the Role?

1+ years of experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring remote teams of developers.
4+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development. Proven track record of working with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems.
1+ years of experience with TypeScript.
Strong expertise in SQL databases, including performance optimization and schema design.
Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment and remote teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
English - communicative level (B2)
