What we would like you to help us with:

Manage and mentor a team of up to four direct reports
Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to elevate the customer experience by optimizing IP order processes and refining post-sale support.
Work closely with the engineering team to expand current networks and engage new ISP vendors as part of the growth strategy.
Manage the company’s IP inventory for logistical and financial efficiency, refine improvement plans for inventory management aligned with business goals, and support scalable, efficient data center operations.
Maintain positive relationships with multiple vendors, negotiate to reduce costs, and ensure the seamless supply of resources.
Oversee budgets to ensure alignment with company objectives, optimize resource allocation, and control costs while performing quarterly software audits to maximize efficiency.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

What ideal candidate should have for the role?

Minimum C1 level proficiency in English
Experienced in inventory management, especially within tech, telecom, or networking sectors, with a knack for aligning resources efficiently
Strong leader with experience developing small teams and fostering collaboration
Skilled in managing budgets, optimizing software use, and ensuring risk compliance
Proven success in vendor relationship management, cost negotiation, and resource planning
Ability to work cross-functionally to support product development and enhance customer experiences
Comfortable working with engineering teams on network growth and engaging new ISPs
Excellent communicator who builds strong, productive relationships
Start-up experience and adaptability to a remote work environment are a plus
